Glow Cleaning provides residential exterior cleaning services, including but not limited to:

Additional exterior cleaning services as offered

All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

Estimates

Unless otherwise stated, all estimates are provided free of charge.

Pricing is based on the information available at the time of the estimate. Final pricing may change if:

Additional work is requested

Property conditions differ from those disclosed

Safety concerns require additional labor or equipment

Areas requiring service were not included in the original estimate

Any pricing changes will be discussed and approved before additional work begins.

Scheduling

Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.

While we make every effort to arrive within the scheduled appointment window, factors such as weather, traffic, and previous jobs may occasionally cause delays.

If delays occur, we will communicate with you as soon as possible.

Weather Policy

Because many of our services are performed outdoors, appointments may be postponed due to:

Heavy rain

Lightning

High winds

Severe weather

Unsafe working conditions

If weather requires rescheduling, we will contact you to arrange the next available appointment.

Customer Responsibilities

To ensure safe and efficient service, customers agree to:

Provide reasonable access to the property.

Unlock gates or provide access codes when necessary.

Secure pets before our arrival.

Remove fragile or valuable items from work areas.

Notify us of any known hazards or property concerns.

Glow Cleaning is not responsible for delays caused by inaccessible work areas.

Payments

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept approved payment methods, including major credit and debit cards and other electronic payment options.

Late payments may be subject to additional collection efforts or fees where permitted by law.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans change.

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed appointments where we are unable to perform the scheduled service, may be subject to a cancellation or trip fee.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Customer satisfaction is our priority.

If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, please notify us within 7 days of service. We will review the issue and, if appropriate, return to address areas covered by the original service at no additional charge.

This guarantee does not cover:

New dirt or debris that accumulates after service.

Damage caused by pre-existing conditions.

Hard water stains, mineral deposits, failed window seals, scratched glass, or other permanent defects that cannot be corrected through standard cleaning.

Damage resulting from circumstances beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

Glow Cleaning is fully insured.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We are not responsible for:

Existing property damage

Failed window seals

Oxidized or deteriorated window frames

Glass scratches or defects present before cleaning

Damage caused by improperly installed windows, screens, or gutters

Hidden defects or structural issues

Customers should notify us of any known concerns before service begins.

All content on this website, including text, logos, images, graphics, and branding, is the property of Glow Cleaning unless otherwise noted.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

Intellectual Property
